Millrock Technology Appoints Craig LaMarca as Chief Commercial Officer
Kingston, NY, October 21, 2026, Millrock Technology Inc. (“Millrock”), a provider of freeze-drying and lyophilization solutions for the life sciences and biopharmaceutical markets, announced today the appointment of Craig LaMarca as Chief Commercial Officer.
Mr. LaMarca brings extensive experience in pharmaceutical services, business development, and operational leadership, along with a firsthand understanding of the customers Millrock serves. His appointment supports Millrock’s continued growth and its vision to be the most trusted innovator of advanced lyophilization and processing technologies for pharmaceutical and biotech customers.

Most recently, Mr. LaMarca served as General Manager of Boston Clinical Trial Services at PCI Pharma Services. There, he helped build a new clinical supply operation from the ground up, supporting the packaging and distribution of clinical trial materials to sites around the world. His background also includes business development and global leadership roles focused on pharmaceutical and clinical trial services.
Throughout his career, Mr. LaMarca has worked at the intersection of customer needs, commercial strategy, and operational execution. Having been a customer for equipment like Millrock’s, he brings an appreciation for how equipment performance and supplier support affect day-to-day operations and the delivery of critical therapies.
