McCrone Lyophilization Process Development Workshop
October 6–8, 2026 | Westmont, Illinois
Explore how formulation characteristics and thermal behavior guide the development of robust lyophilization cycles. This intensive 2½-day workshop combines expert-led instruction with hands-on laboratory experience in thermal characterization, freeze-dry microscopy, cycle development, primary drying design space, residual moisture analysis, and scale-up considerations.
Designed for professionals working in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, food science and preservation, diagnostic and medical technologies, and tissue and biologic preservation.
Freeze Drying: From Fundamentals to Predictive Modeling
November 3–5, 2026 | Kingston, New York
Move beyond trial and error in freeze-drying cycle development. This hands-on workshop, led by Serguei Tchessalov, PhD, teaches participants how to use measured process parameters, first-principles calculations, and predictive models to develop, optimize, scale up, transfer, and troubleshoot more robust freeze-drying cycles.
Designed for scientists, engineers, and technical professionals working in lyophilization, formulation development, CMC, manufacturing, scale-up, technology transfer, analytical development, and QA.
Seating is limited.
