H2O2 freeze drying sterilization integration kit is considered an easily validated, safer, more efficient and environmentally friendly method that can easily reduces investment costs as well as the sterilization cycle time. H2O2 sterilizes equipment under vacuum at room temperature, and therefore the freeze dryer does not require an expensive ASME rated pressure vessel. Only a very small quantity of H2O2 is used to decontaminate the freeze dryer and all associated piping on the equipment. The H2O2 process prepares the chamber, doses H2O2, and then removes and neutralizes the H2O2, leaving no residue.
