***NEW*** Aquarius Vial Filler
The Aquarius Stationary Vial Filler eliminates tedious, repetitive pipette filling of vials in trays. The Aquarius offers 3 axes of motion for extreme flexibility in filling vials from 2 ml to 100 ml as well as micro-titer plates and other freeze dryable vessels. Using a single use dispensing system, sterility is maintained while eliminating possible cross contamination. Programmable recipes are based on vial size, vial fill and vial pattern. Programs can be entered using a ‘teach mode’. Fill accuracy is based on the syringe and chosen needle. Output speeds can be adjusted according to the nature of the product and fill volumes. Fill speed is greater than 5 ml/sec. The system is supplied with three pre-programmed recipes based on customer requirements. Click on the link to see the Aquarius in action:
