Three sizes of unbreakable stainless
steel containers with transparent tops provide a selection of multipurpose freeze-drying
containers. The short height of Millrock UltraWare permits the container to be easily
loaded with serum bottles, vials, bulk product, or bags of any description with
ease.
Product may be frozen in the container,
and then safely moved to the freeze dryer.
To bulk dry product simply pour directly
into the stainless steel container, freeze, then add to the Freeze-Dryer.
Advantages over heat racks:

A heat rack requires careful loading and unloading since the rack must be raised
above the drum or chamber and carefully lowered into the drum. Try that with three
loaded racks of precious product.

Product can be added and removed at anytime; there is no need to wait for other
shelves to finish like heat rack systems.
·
UltraWare can process a larger number of bottles than a heat rack.
·
No power required. UltraWare takes advantage of the gentle heat input from room
temperature to provide the heat of sublimation to your valuable product.
